The Tourism Contact Center at the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) received the Award for Best Tourism Communication Center Performance in the Middle East in 2009. The award was granted by Insights International Organization for the best internal development to implement the customer-service system.
HRH president of SCTA has received the award at SCTA's headquarters in the presence of the vice president of marketing and media Mr. Abdulla Bin Al-Jehani; Dr. Fahad Al Jarbou, assistant president for marketing; and Ibrahim Al Kreda, general director of domestic marketing.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Jehani explained that the award exemplifies SCTA's successful efforts and development of its information and interactive programs, adding that highly-developed, fast information services in our time is an important requirement for domestic tourists who are aware of the importance of tourism.
